Packaging Warehouse Direct is a trading name of Auctionpax Ltd, hereafter referred to in this document as Packaging Warehouse Direct or, the Company.
By browsing our Website or placing an order with Packaging Warehouse Direct / Auctionpax Ltd, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. Please be advised that Auctionpax Ltd reserves the right to amend or make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notification. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the Customer to check these Terms before placing an order with the Company.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND INFORMATION

Packaging Warehouse Direct / Auctionpax makes every effort to ensure that all images and product descriptions shown on our Website are up to date and give the Customer an accurate representation of the products that we sell, images are only for guidance. Therefore, it is recommended that any queries surrounding any of our products should be raised prior to placing an order.

By placing an order with Packaging Warehouse Direct/ Auctionpax, you are entering into a contract with the Company - Auctionpax Ltd. Therefore, agreeing that you have acknowledged the specifications of our products, the terms of our services and are happy to proceed with your order on this basis.

PERSONALISED GOODS

All artwork produced by Auctionpax Ltd & Vital signs (UK) Ltd remains the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in writing.

By placing an order for personalised gifts, you are agreeing to the Company using images of your product(s) to showcase their service. These materials may be used by the Company at any time for promotional purposes without additional consent from the Customer unless otherwise formally agreed prior to production.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Auctionpax Ltd regularly monitors the prices displayed on our website to ensure that all products within out catalogue are listed at the correct price. However, should an item be priced incorrectly, the Company will not be liable to supply the requested products at the displayed price.
All prices stated on the Website are exclusive of VAT which will be added at the Checkout at today’s applicable rate.

Auctionpax Ltd reserve the right to adjust the prices of any of our products from time to time. These changes will not apply to any orders which have been confirmed by the Company prior to the adjustments taking place. Future orders or re-orders however, may be affected.

All prices shown on the Website are exclusive of Delivery charges which will be added at the Checkout dependant upon your chosen delivery option.

DELIVERY

We aim for next day dispatch on all orders with ‘Standard Delivery’ providing that payment has been made before 11:00am. Similarly, our ‘Express Delivery’ service aims to deliver items within 24 hours (next working day) when payment is received prior to10:00am. However, please note that these timeframes are only an aim and not a guarantee. Orders where payment is received after 10:00am may be delayed by up to 24 hours.
Packaging Warehouse Direct will not be liable for any delays in shipping caused by 3rd party couriers or postal services.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

In compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (formerly covered by the Distance Selling Regulations), Packaging Warehouse Direct operate a 14 day cancellation policy. If you have changed your mind or wish to cancel your order, it is the responsibility of the Customer to inform us of this decision and return the goods (at your cost) to Packaging Warehouse Direct within 14 days in order to qualify for a refund.

In line with new regulations, Packaging Warehouse Direct will issue a refund (minus original carriage costs) for cancelled orders within 14 days of receiving your returned items. Packaging Warehouse Direct reserve the right to only issue a partial refund or withhold the refund if it is believed that the Customer has damaged the items. Similarly, where possible, all items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging to be eligible for a refund.
If an order is damaged or faulty upon receipt, please contact our customer services team who will be able to assist with the replacement or refund of your delivery.
